Lesson Program

Lessons are offered for children ages 5 and up and adults of all ages.

All new and beginner students at Heathermoor Farm Riding Academy start with private riding lessons. Group riding lessons are offered for intermediate and advanced riders. Riding lessons are scheduled by appointment and are available Tuesday through Saturday, mornings and evenings. We are very flexible and will try to accomodate everyone the best we can. Riding lessons are 30 minutes long; the duration of the lesson is all riding time.

Please note: at this time we do not offer trail rides of any kind.

 

Cost:

Private Riding Lessons - $50 per rider 

Group Riding Lessons - $40 per rider 

 

We also offer packages of riding lessons. These packages are four (4) lessons.

Private Riding Lesson Package - $180 per rider 

Group Riding Lesson Package - $140 per rider 

 

What to Wear*:

  • Long Pants
  • Tennis shoes or Paddock boots - NO COWBOY BOOTS, PLEASE!
  • Helmet (optional but recommended)
